Snow Day Fun!

Snow days are meant for unplanned fun with family.  Here are a few pictures of our kinders enjoying time with their family today.  Sleep well tonight…..it is a school day tomorrow.  And….

Don’t forget that tomorrow night is our Christmas Music Program at Harbor Ministries, (formerly known as Fair Haven Church) 2900 Baldwin Street, Hudsonville.  Kinders should arrive by 6:15pm.  They are the first class to preform so they will be walking on stage by 6:28pm. There have been some questions regarding the night so I thought I would address them. 1.  Tickets are not required.  2. Grandparents and younger siblings are welcome to attend the program.   3. There is not a dress code but many kinders choose to dress in holiday or “Sunday best” attire but this is optional.

Another Snow Day! Another Drawing!

Dear Kinder families,

Well, March is definitely coming in like a lion.  Does that mean it will go out like a lamb?  We can only hope. 🙂  Stay warm and safe if you need to be on the road today.  Enjoy the surprise day home with your kinder.

Snow days provide for a great opportunity for your child to play and do things that they would not be able to do, but it is also the perfect chance to slip in a 30 minute block of time for math and reading online.

*Our Principal, Mrs Reagan, is hosting another drawing at Georgetown for a $10.00 BARNES and NOBLE GIFT CARD – one per grade, through 6:00pm tonight.

Consider 30 minutes of learning at either of these sites to be eligible for the drawing:

MOBYMAX:  If you are unsure of your child’s login, email me and I will send it your way.  For Kindergarten, consider including Number Sense (5 min a day) and Reading.K Letter

RAZ-KIDS:  If you cannot recall your child’s login, email me.

Thanks so much and have a great Snow Day!  Mrs. Bohl
